    Hi Mike

I have sent the details via PM. He is a good bloke and should be able to get it sorted.

I was just doing the washing and instead of finding some loose change in the pockets I found a long lost stubbie cooler that I thought i’d lost

If it makes you feel any better mate I made the bed on the weekend and found two bottle caps :pinch:

    It was a beauty!

Having Corey8 and Biggeral always means that the lead rider is going to get some heat from behind and today was no exception :woohoo:
Along with the ever reliable Tdriver we had a good crew of four and the trail conditions were just perfect. Most of the summer grass has died off and after riding every weekend for the last month the singletracks are 8 inch wide corridors of sweet dark soil and traction is beyond compare. All the classic sections were in good shape with Tunnel Ball and Three Way highlights but Ridge Runner was the pick today. I took off with Biggeral in hot pursuit and Corey8 on him with Tdriver running sweep duties. I was having an epic run and I could still hear Al behind so I took it right to the edge of my comfort zone and the three of us locked into a three bike train. You know you have had a good run when a man in his mid fifties lets out a howl like a frothing grommie
We had only turned our bikes off when Tdriver pulled in behind and we all grinned at what was the defining moment of the ride. Now we were on a roll and the pace kept on from there. Leading a small group of quality riders means I was on the hammer the whole time so at the top of Jurassic Park I sent Corey and Al ahead and soon lost them as I submerged myself in a bog hole
Towards the end of the ride we heard some bikes and it was none other than phelixpremixer with two others. I rarely see anyone out here and when I do it was a fellow Old Bull. Gold!
I never ride other peoples bikes as I am too into enjoying my own but after being a little curious about a 450 I swapped with Tdriver who was also keen to try my 250. I can honestly say that I am not in the market for a 450 and am perfectly happy with my bike. Don’t get me wrong, Tdrivers bike is set up beautifully and he has done some good mods on it but for me and my style of riding I think the 250F is a good fit.
We have a great scene going up here right now and it is chiefly thanks to OBT for bringing us together. B)

    Welcome Reddog
There is an active bunch of OBT in Northern inland NSW so keep your eye out for ride posts. Try and avoid Tamworth if you can though, they are not quite right

I live down on the Coffs Coast so if you ever end up heading this way bring your bike and I will show you some coastal rainforest loops.

    Enjoy the site

    Welcome to OBT Tony.
You will meet plenty of good blokes and get to go on some great rides.
The log of knowledge solves all the worlds problems until you wake up with even more questions. Questions like why is my sleeping bag torn, how did Ollie turn into a giant “farmers friend” and where is my other shoe?

    Enjoy

It is funny when you read back through this thread that us, the user group, are completely divided on the issue so what chance do the policy makers have of keeping us happy

How is helping old mate B)

Nice one Kat. Nice to see there is a knight in shining armour patrolling the Central Coast. Good call about the Spot Tracker. I felt guilty about riding solo so I called Adventure Moto a couple of times to organise one but I have not heard back yet but it is definitely something I need to add to the hydration pack.
