I too can vouch for their great service. The prices are low but the quality is good. I recently bought wire pliers and some Tbars and they are excellent.

This list is starting to look very good. :woohoo:
I know Ev has a massive ride planned but I am confident we can all make it.
I will have the bike ready, both cameras charged and a full tank of froth ready to go.
I have checked this on Google earth and it will be an epic!

Even if you only use it for spoke replacement and truing that is a steal.
    I am on it!

Better still go in with some fellow riders as you only need it occasionally. Nick?

I’ll go halves with you on this Scott, as long as you supply the homebrew when we use it!!

Nice intro mate and welcome to the site.
Your beach walks must be massive  about 325k each way.
There is a growing ADV following on the site so I am sure you will find some good rides and have a good laugh along the way.

When the ‘floating’ spacers wear down the disc rattles like a bastard and annoys the crap out you.

Other riders think your bike is about to blow up.

Mine is getting very floaty as you say mate which is why I was considering fixed. I always opted for fixed over float on my Mtb’s as I preferred the more positive feel at the lever. If fixed is ok I will give it a go on my WR.

My EBC I had on the XR got loose and floaty (word  ) I just re-squashed the rivets and tightened it up, noise gone

    TB

Cheers TB. I will take it off and give it a hit.

By the sounds of it your Birthday ride will be better than ever. Considering how good it was last year I am already excited.
I am keen to check Cells out so this would be my chance :woohoo:

The forecast looks good so fingers crossed my fourth attempt at a Bello ride will come good.

Just run 2 or even 3 man corner and do the loop together. It will spread everyone out and is way more social. On Mick’s last birthday ride he had over 30 on one loop and he pulled it off.

Thanks Ollie, I can get one on ebay from the states but was trying to get one locally, tried a couple of wreckers in Brissy but no luck, was hoping for a ride this weekend as well…

Here is the formula you need to use to make your decision Mike. You take the eBay price and subtract it from the local price. The number you are left with determines how keen you are to ride this weekend.
