you will go good at this venture.
Cheers Boony,
Thanks to everyone for their kind words of support. It means a lot to me.
Day 1 was very good and everything went without a hitch. Some of you will know how much needs to go on in the background to have everything in place for change over day of a business. All was good and sales and service jobs came through the door. I sold my first bike to the second person that walked into the shop. It seems like every job I have done in the past and the decision to move to the North Coast has led to this now. I am so stoked and very positive for the future of the shop. I have plans for new display areas for BMX and helmets which I will work on over the coming weeks.
Here is how it looked on settlement day.

I just finished the stocktake, wired up my eftpos and am ready for my first day of trading. So much work has gone into making this happen and I can’t wait to open the doors with my own key.

james wrote:Hey STM, was wondering if the older model Gopros the white version to be exact , are worth getting as the frequent flyer points on the old visa will allow for one of them at the moment. Or is their capability too far out dated by comparison to the newer versions and not worth getting bearing in mind it would be essentially free :cheer:If I don’t claim the prize the wife will only get herself something so I am thinking I will beat her to it :woohoo:
The white is a big step back from the silver. The silver can be picked up for a good price if you trawl around. My advice would be collect a few brownie points with the wife by using the points on her and then buy a silver GoPro

I always suspected you would end up using the 450 for spares 👿

Welcome to the site Goldy!
Returning to the dirt after tears away is a very common story around here. There are many active members in your area solI am ssurere you will hook up some fun rides.
Enjoy OBT!STM
Hey Ecks,
I reckon if the WR450 is in good shape I would give it a go. Spud has proven just how reliable these bikes are many more hours on his and he rides it hard and fast. Give it a ride and see if you like how it feels.STM
