Have a great day mate and enjoy your weekend.

Sounds like there will be some very good stories to come out of this weekend. I will be on Lord Howe Island but that wont stop me logging on to catch up on the antics.
Enjoy.

They look very similar to the diggers TB had on for the Poker Run.

My T-Bar set and Wire Pliers arrived yesterday. Very good quality stuff indeed and excellent price and service.
I do have a new fetish though. I can’t believe me and Wire pliers have only just met now. How good are they? I started with my grips and could not stop! Quick way to baby proof the cupboards until the wife tried to get in and I told her she needed side cutters
She send me back to my man cave where I continued to wire shit up :woohoo:STM

Nickj and I planned out one loop and we have it fairly well sorted. This is the loop that Nickj will be leading on the Saturday. The plan on the Saturday is that we will split into two groups. Nickj will lead the Northern loop and I will lead the Southern. This will halve the group size and spread us out around the forest.
We will all meet together at lunch time and then each group simply swaps lead rider and heads out to do their second loop. PM me if you are sharing tools with another rider or for some reason need to be together. Apart from these pairings names will be drawn out a hat on Saturday morning to determine your group.
After the second loop we will all meet at a beach for a beer and nibbles and then both groups will ride the beach together back to your accomadation. It should be quite the sight 30 Dirt bikes tearing down the beach together.
Sunday we will most likely create one group depending on numbers for a half day ride as most will head off after lunch. Keep in mind if you took advantage of the 3rd night free when you booked you will not have to check out Sunday morning so we can meet back at lunch time and shower and pack up from there.
With the help of Nickj we have planned Friday night through to Sunday arvo so all you need to do is show up and enjoy the ride.

Quote:A great thread. Of special interest to me as it is exactly the same bike. B piston, does this mean first oversize and if it does how does this fit without any machining.I have similar grooving issues in the exhaust flange. Was told about the issue and have been very concious about changing the o-rings every 25 hours. Still happens. Standard o-ring size is 44×3. From what others are saying maybe I should try 44×4.
I changed my piston and rings (at the shop) after 70 hours. They told me all was well. I’m at 125 hours and 4000km now and was considering doing it again soonish, but maybe myself this time. Hence why I’m loving this thread.
Last question, what the bloody hell did you hit to bend your triple clamps 20mm. I must have missed that thread as I’m assuming there was a good story to be told.
