It looks like the weather is right as it is falling consistently up here now. If I had to drive up I doubt it would be worth it
I will give a weather update at Friday and will speak to the club just to make sure.

A bit of creative scoring there I reckon Scotty
250 – 300 = 2
Never raced = 1
Black Boots = 1
Pants over boots = 1
That’s 5 by my count or am I missing something:laugh:
250 or less is one point mate. I also reserve the right to adjust the rules at any point.
STM
How about adjusting it to be a little kinder to the over 45’s then !! 😆 My Score is still 16, damn those white boots (and a few other things on the list).
I would mate, but I am only 41
See you tomorrow!!STM

Sounds about right Jeffro. Although if you were coming you would have to drive up on the day so you would have to add one more point
Not sure if it is just coincidence but I scored a 4 and a 3 is impossibleIt will be a classic afternoon on the bikes and all in good fun :woohoo:

So with only 2 days out from race day it is time to reveal the rules. These probably differ a little from those of any other governing body but rules are rules!
The Grid
As there will be no qualifying we need to establish grid positions. It is a public day so if all of us line up and barrel into the first corner it may raise a few eyebrows plus it will leave me with very little chance of making the podium so I have come up with a much fairer and safer system.
I have set up a point score criteria that you must go through and come up with your own number. The lower the score the closer to the front you start.Capacity:
301 and above 3 points
251 to 300 2 points
250 or less 1 pointExperience:
Ever raced MX 2 points
Never raced MX 1 point
Own a trophy with a bike on it 2 points
Current race licence 2 points (although you will save $10)Equipment:
White Boots 2 points
Black Boots 1 point
Pants in Boots 2 points
Overpants 1 point
Name on your jersey 5 points
Number on your bike 5 pointsLifestyle:
Sober the night before 2 points
Did not work on race day 1 pointAdd 5 point if your log in name is “Toes”
Add up your score and bring it along with your pre printed waiver form, $30 and a sense of humour. The winner will be shouted dinner at the Southside service centre by the loser so it is fair game. Keep in mind it is a 20 minute moto so it will hurt
Game on!
