This will allow you to convert to a Mac friendly file. Import the whole thing into iMovie and burn from there. That should keep everything compatible.

Saturday’s ride will be split into two groups.
We will all meet at lunch and swap leaders in the afternoon so everyone will get to ride all the trails. There is also a dirt road bail out at lunch for anyone with any bike or body issues.

There are a few crew arriving Thursday afternoon mate so I am planning a get together for Thursday night for those that are keen to start early. Considering my first group ride is 2pm
Friday I am going to spend Friday morning in the surf. You are more than welcome to use that board of mine you like rather than bringing one up.
