Yep great day out yesterday Polly and his son Aaron Damus and me and my son. Spent the morning yesterday doing a 60 km singles loop and having a great time. Despite being a super fit footy player we managed to exhaust my son mick as he discovered that old fat gutted blokes could out last him when it comes to being beer and bike fit. After riding with my daughters the day before and mick yesterday I’m sure I now have a family of trail bike lovers thankfully they are all old enough to buy their own bikes now. Today is challenge racing around the house track until the heat drives us back to the beer fridge.

Great video, so nice to see trail bikes on obt. Can we introduce a blanket ban on rap music though.? Either just have the bikes or stick to some credence acdc for trailbikes and barry manilow for the adventure riders. Spent today up at the nundle cabin with some of the family even had the girls riding the pine singles, seems like their hooked if the post ride bench racing is any guide. Funny to hear the girls arguing over who was quicker than who in the pines although I don’t think either of them ever really got out of second gear.
