Margins aren’t just Margins anymore , some Margins could well be called Gouges

I thought gouging was what you did to your bikes plastics every time you ride it!

Epic weekend despite the bloody dust. Thanks to all the blokes who made the effort to come and ride, from the comments made last night it sounded like everyone had a good ride. Best of all 3 days riding, no one hurt, no bikes destroyed and everyone smiling. Thanks to King Bolls for todays tour de rock latte sipping tourist ride to wind the weekend down, classic change of pace and ride along with morning tea at the Sheeba dams. Many highlights for the weekend but best of all was the huge grins on Nick and Sam at the end of a classic bit of Nundle loam single with 3 x 250’s flat out, bermed corners and fast, Boony was going to join the race but found a bog hole and played at filling everyone in. To quote the Dude – “SWEEEEEET”

Two things for your next ride Boony and others doing rides. Firstly is the title while “Hills of Gold” sounds great more people will find it and maybe come along if the title is something like “Nundle 2012 Hills of Gold”. Secondly all the rider lists and details if kept in the first post makes it easy to find for all concerned and its easy to send people back to the first post for updates.

These are things we have learnt over the last four years of running the site and rides

Hope everyone has a great safe weekend, god I wish I was going but I just cant do Nundle and then drive to Melbourne on Sunday/Monday

Despite Boonys cockups we had fifteen riders for today’s prelude ride through the singles . Was a bit dusty but great group of riders good pace and a great day all up 70km
20 riders of to the berry patch in the morning

I can’t believe you snubbed us and the nundle ride to go for a run down there. To think of the hours we put into making singles just designed to boil 650’s. Oh the pain , the heartache, the sense of loss! Go on just ignore us and ride those shit trails of yours!

Ps you owe us tamvegans a guided tour in early 2013 you have been warned

Bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Your letting the Bollmeister run Sundays ride it guarantees confusion, particularly if he goes near the goat farm, all the kids will be looking for daddy bollocks.

Being the nice blokes we are six of us went out yesterday and pre ran parts of the ride to ensure everything is ready. All thats missing to make it perfect is about another 20mm of rain between now and the ride as theres a few dusty sections and not enough mud at the moment. The new singles have attracted enough wombat traffic to be cut in enough to follow and barring the loggers suddenly moving camp we have our routes in and out set.
To make Murph and his band of extreme loonys happy, Fridays ride will now feature a short easy/ luantic choice section which join up again just before the singles begin. To ensure the luanticsection is complete it will be led by Pep and swept by Aaron and include sweet mother of jesus (downhill) and C..t hill (uphill).
