Cant join you gold panning that Friday sorry Bolls Im going up to Nundle that weekend by coincidence but am just riding a never ending singles loop that I happen to have almost completed cutting in. While its almost flat it is technical, tight and aimed to boil the shit out of XR 650’s. if you dont like pine trees, logs, going fast past very close trees and having a bloody good time this will be one to avoid. To avoid destroying people there are regular scenic rest sections to have a short break between sections. More detailsto come particularly around if I ride up or trailer direct to avoid wasting time. I will be taking my own tucker and stuff cause unless your Malcolm Naiden there aint nothing up there.

Mate you are going to love it. Three bits of advice though when you hit the anchors bigtime grip the seat hard with your nuts first, second just for shits and giggles open it up a few times and watch the front wheel climbfor the sky and last get on the tightest single track you can find and give it to it it fkn brilliant!

So genius’s of petroleum products:
Some time back I was running late for a ride and filled the drz with e10 instead of diesel. Bike ran great all day with not a problem. After the ride it sat in the shed for about ten days and when i tried to start it no go it just coughed a few times and died. I was advised to drain the tank and carby as “the ethanol settles out of the fuel and sits in the bottom of the tank which is why it wont run”. I did that refilled it with the normal fuel and it went straight away so I assumed the advice to be correct.

Is the above acurate or folklore with a happy ending?
