I had Alpinestars for years and while they were good boots and wore well I found the booties annoying. Got Gaerne now and find them very comfortable and durable.

Yes replace it. Rip the guts out of it, drill some holes for drainage, turn it upside down. Put a plant of your choice in it and hang it up where you can still enjoy it.
