Interesting to see how it goes. I have a feeling it won’t be worth the money.

Sorry Moto I hadnt noticed this until now, so I ask
What do you base you opinion on? Your experience with using Bridgestone tyres? Your years of riding out here in Australia’s many conditions? Your intermit knowledge of the ED78 and its multi compound construction? Your knowledge of it history and use in the Baja 1000 on big bore motorcycles?

Wish you had told me before I bought it, because I can tick some of the above boxes and I think it will go alright but have to try it to be sure, my opinion of it is worth nothing till I test it :)

Please note the words I used. Did I say in my experience? No. Did I see based on historical evidence? No. To answer your question directly I haven’t based my opinion on anything. I clearly state that in my first post ‘I have a feeling‘.

I would expect it to be an amazing tyre at the price they charge for one. It should have excellent levels on grip and wear. What I said is that I reckon it won’t be worth paying the extra money for the additional benefit (if any) that you get from it.

I’m sure with all your years of experience that we all constantly hear about and your supreme knowledge of dirtbike history that my comment will be made to look fool hardy and stupid when this tyre performs so well in the conditions it’s used in that you can honeslty say that it’s ‘worth the money‘ (contrary to my statement) and this is proven by the fact that you decide to fit and run one every ride :)

I dont need to comment for that to happen :P

Look as per our recent discussion on the phone I buy / try different tyres for different conditions, I will see how this performs in the long distance mixed terrain riding that I bought it for  , i wouldnt use it in the Watagans for a day I would use a S12 ;)

You should have bought a low maintenance KTM. You would have had the time to Lochie’s project on Friday, go ride on Saturday and go work on Sunday

You are a fool, cant do the school project with Lochie on friday (today) because he is at school
Low maintenance KTM’s doesnt require oil changes, doesnt require tyre changes

Best to keep your mouth shut and let the public thing your are a fool, rather then open it and confirm their thoughts
