Dave I owned and raced KTM’s back in 1988 like this one and for a few following seasons :dry: I honestly sold it due to cost of parts and the fact that it failed a main brg again, I liked riding it it even handled ok and liked being ridden on the limit

So like Mr Blue I have tried most brands over the years before I was like many and bought because it is the fashion or whatever attracts them to the colour. Again the thread by two KTM owners has detracted to slinging at peoples bike :blush:

There is nothing to stop me purchasing a different jersey I really dont need to replace the current one either its great for now and I love it, I will have no use for it after October so it will be retired

Just because I can, its a near new 08, Ollie is always talking it up (two smokers) yet I cant see it. Champo and his TM seem so versatile, the way it performs in the bush and on a 300 + ride amaze me, so I thought I would use one in the environment that suits it the most and because I can lol

I am trying to arrange some details for the week, I have some things planned and others will come together when we get some numbers or at least what day they are arriving and how long they are staying.

A few things that will be going on are

I am getting there early early on the Wednesday to check somethings out and be around in case Rocket needs anything a local can help with

I have been checking out some really smick, real tight yet flowing fast single trail in a Pine forest

If there isn’t heaps of rain we will go out to HillEnd through RootHog crossing where ECKS went recently and up the bridle trail into Hillend and back through long point crossing where boulder, moto, tiny and myself went last year

I have arranged Dinner at the Hogs breath one night and some beers

Good chance I will be spending sometime on a Husky 250 two smoker, at least in the single line
