I think you right, I am surprised that mister high and mighty book learned hasn’t fixed his spelling mistake as he is so quick to point everybody else’s out.
Watch him bite nowYeah it will be fine, if it was me doing it though I would pull the the thing apart and inspect the brgs first, drill and tap the hole fit the nipple thus being sure no metal contaimates the lower brg during the process, then pack the brgs and reassamble, using the nipple every time I washed the bike. By the way it takes alot of grease to fill the headset area first time, but everytime after requires only a small amount

There will be a magazine along on this ride to do a story on the ride and on the whole Old Bull thing

OMG Dust to Glory my and Crashes fav video, I watch it all the time, big fast XR650’s (eyes rolling) love it, am of for a cold shower!!!!!!

Yeah my 1st XR600 was done, only thing is if the bike is a trail bike and has a steering lock fitted you need the fill the slot in the inner tube (triple tree tube, bottom clamp to top clamp) if you don’t the grease will fill the inner tube as well, the grease than takes the easiest route and will come out the bottom of the triple tree all over the tyre and the top all of the top triple tree.
That said, yes I think its a good thing and am planning to do my bike and my suspension linkage soon.
I never had to fit brgs to that XR.
Here is the jersey in question, many a person from this site is jealous about my jersey, here are 4 photos from when I raced yellow mountain, Max from Maximum Motorcycle Consulting took these photos out there, check out his web site in the links section
Front wheel up in them all lol

Don’t worry TB, as an engineer, Moto was probably doing some CAD drafting, where everything is done in capitals, and simply forgot to take off the Caps-lock key! Happens all the time! Right Moto?
(Ya gotta have the excuses ready for when it happens Moto, I’m sure your therapist told you about that!!)
