Back on Topic Mick, before you spend any $ on this job I would think about the work that pipe manufacturers do when developing a pipe for a bike. I know staintune for example will have a bike for a week working on the pipe and the air flow etc dyno running, getting back pressures etc right. I know everybody’s poo pooing me now but just saying is all ok

I am impressed that you dont give up, no its not an problem as I spoke with the man that owns the shop, that does the work himself as he is the man, he un like you is professional, smart and a pleasure the deal with. He explained how he would do it and why he would do it that way. He also showed me 2 KTM cases he was repairing there that had engine parts try to escape but that happens I guess, no thanks for your concern but its all good, I will PM you his details as I am going down the shed now to put and axe thru your crankcase you can ring him

Are they, it was over tightened by me in a hurry whilst talking to someone when I was on the phone, I cant multi task, I will let you go on and on about this, because when it comes to my Honda this is the only win you have and will ever have.
