Yeah I have a real good loop from the watagans over through Yengo, on the the putty for fuel at the halfway house and over to Deman (thru the poo track as it is s*#t hot, flows real nice) and into Deman for a counter lunch and back, is a great ride, will put it together in the new year if you want? Would be a great all skills ride, yeah will do that for sure. Good idea

Maybe a Holden could be the go Moto?

We will meet at McDonalds at Blaxland at 7am Saturday morning and travel out together, we may if I can find a place for our vehicles at Clarence, we will leave from there and ride out through the Garden of stones national park and fuel at Capertee, am really not sure yet, but it doesnt matter does it
TB
LOL you idiot Moto
No idea mate depends where we go how much we look at, depends how much time we spend playing at locations, around Sunny Corner in the Pine forest, there is a stack of tracks single line if we want, the plan is the leave the pub at Capertee at around 9 am saturday morning and head towards Sunny corner and through to Yetholme for fuel, then over through Sofala ( http://www.walkabout.com.au/locations/NSWSofala.shtml ) and on to Hillend ( http://www.walkabout.com.au/locations/NSWSofala.shtml ) and the pub for lunch and fuel, theres where we make the big decision, we can go down the Bridle trail and cross the river at Roothog crossing, or go out towards long point and across to Mullion Creek, then the railway service track into Orange. There we can check our options in relationship to the time, I would like to come back to Hillend, but i think time will catch us out. Either way into Orange we can go to ophir ( http://www.walkabout.com.au/locations/NSWOphir.shtml )
Look I really dont know lets just go, my bike is the same as last week end bar the new engine oil and filter and smaller rear sprocket.TB

Quote:Yeah but that’s because you’re loaded Tb and can afford to buy more tires. My rice ration for the month has almost run out and I had to borrow a cup of brown sugar from my neighbour last night.Champo is rich too and has a fleet of bikes to selct from. I reckon the nifty 50 is the best tool for the job.
I give up FARK!!!!!!!!!!!
I am loaded FARK!!!!!!!!!!
I am using the same tyres, whats wrong with you, you need to use knobby tyres UNDERSTAND ME everyone uses them on this ride, if it rains you will not get up some of the hills without knobbies!

I did laugh my head of because you had to edit your first attempt as your wit failed you again, but your attack with rude words needed moderator action lol

Its no more of track than the other 2000 posts here, leave I think

Look people you are not riding to Melbourne on the freeway, wait and see it will be nothing like what you are thinking I think, I am running the tyres I had on in the Watagans last week, and everyone else that goes out there does as well, but its not all dirt roads so I wonder about the NX?
Bad words bring out the moderator in me, I was just asking a question and was going the say your lovely wife must work hard to look after you was all! why did you be so nasty!

Put a front Knobby on boys, just spoke with Boulder he is good to go

Is that the only shirt you own Mick?
Look for the record, there are some big hills, one really steep rocky down hill, lots of twin trail, I reckon the only tar would be such a small percent, there are lots of rocky sections and rough sections, so maybe just maybe a duel purpose rear maybe but not a front, full knobby front for me
TB
PS the NX should be alright, I have thought about if I had bought a 640 Adventure would I go through there and I think I would.

Maybe Crash, chicken could give an opinion?
