I was just thinking engine side cases on the DRZ are prone to damage from rocks and the gear lever, a 2mm aluminium disc sikaflexed to it increases the strength considerably and gives peace of mind.
Also those Stainless steel oil filters that some bloke is pedalling for $50 would have to be near the top of the list;)

    ollieB)

The engine covers are already ordered and the guy pedaling the oil filters could donate one for test and product review and then receive the benefits that go with free advertising, or he could talk to his mate the retreader and score a rear tyre for the same benefits the oil filter bloke could score, see the 5,000,000 plus hits we get every month ;) lol

    Cheers Ollie

Just to get an idea of how good Phil is, we borrowed a xr600 once, low handle bars etc stock as a rock and we went to chickens for an overnight stay then leaving in the morning, we spent all night fiddling with our bikes while Phil sat, drank rums and smoked gigs. In the morning we warmed the bikes up and pulled out of chickens driveway and Phil pulled the old 600 he has NEVER ridden before on the back wheel and goes nearly the full length of the road chickens road (which is long) Crash and I just looked at one another and went fark!

A while ago we (chicken, factory phil and myself)went on a trip, during this trip we obtained the use of a bike used in the finke race and the use of a private section of hwy. Phil thought once dressed in suitable riding gear he would see if he could show how to wheel stand a little, use a rev limiter, stand up wheelie, sit down wheelie and toll around
