Bit quiet my arse, chicken fronted at my place about 1 oclock and we have changed two tyres both with mousses, front and rear brake pads, repostioned his front brake hose, stripped and lubed both brake cailpers. Then we loaded the bikes only for bone head (chicken) to discover that his handle bars are bent, drop everything and go to Ballards, new pro taper bars and then he said to me do super cheap auto sell those pre oiled air filters for my bike, well yes I said why??
“He replied I havent touched it since last ride” I laughed and he said its a tractor!
So of the super cheap and now when we get there we have a new set of bars to fit and air filter.

PS my bike was and is done !

    Some updates for the BRP
Chain gang sprocket set, not cheap but if I get the 6,000 to 8,000kms they reckon I will they would be worth it, I have two complete sets depending on where I ride

The cold air intake I mentioned in another thread

    PIC_0160WinCE.jpg

I have fitted some fork bleeders, levers rotaters and been trying to sort the jetting out, it has always popped on the over run at high rpm’s but since the cold air intake its worse, this means its to lean.

I have removed the 68s pilot screw (low speed) and fitted a 72, I also fitted a 220 main jet but have since gone back to a 205 but I have a flat spot on snap reving although you dont often snap from idle, I will keep fiddling with the mixture (slow speed screw and see what comes of that.

    Cheers TB

Yeah great Idea , Louee sounds good with everything there for you, But I was also thinking of the Watagans as well, especially with Macs trailer barby setup it would be perfect for a two day one night affair, Probably camp at the Pines and go from there plus it is easily accesible for a wider range of Old Bulls especially the northern Bretheren.

    cheers Ollie

Chris you are on fire! I have been going over this for a little while now and have spoken with Louee, why Louee
    Well
1/ Its a netural location for everyone

2/ Shearer’s Quarters sleeps 40 and has everything

3/ There is a pub in walking distance

4/ I spoken with them regarding cheaper rate for a mass weekend booking

5/ We can ride friday, saturday and sunday

6/ We can motorcross, enduro, supercross or endurocross

7/ There are no insurance dramas using a mates place

8/ They have some spares there, tyres tubes etc KTM parts !

Any of the other parks are south of sydney and further for our northern friends to travel, free flight doesnt have to same enduro trailrider things that us trailriders look for

    Everyones thoughts??

Oh and maybe early Feb 2009??

Link to look at Louee http://www.louee.net.au/index.html
