gotta go with my favorite michelin M12 xc competition

Plus one with a mousse tube of course or a 90/90 will give you 50cent rims ridden hard in the rocks. They work on any bike I have ever tried them on s12 as well

Tenere I like Dunlop 952 and 907 80/100 to protect the rim on ten big heavy bike. Can’t runs mousse tubes cause to heavy to hot to much high speed

How is Fish getting on, he can’t be far away from a come back?

He is fine I rode with him on the TK ride last month he rode his DRZ. It’s the Austrian shit wreck that is the issue, seems as though one of the stand bolts runs through the engine case. When he bottomed it starting the crash the stand got hit cracking the cases and doing about 7k damage. Luckily it’s insured, then there has been a hold up getting cases. Boulder was waiting on an after market stand mount kit at the time of the crash

I have had trouble commiting to this ride, I will know for sure after this weekend. It all depends on how my daughter goes in a competition in Sydney on Saturday. If she goes well, I will have to be back in Sydney on the Coffs weekend. :(

Hey Lefty nice work been waiting to see this since you spoke about it. With the lowest point of the tank being ( in the pictures ) lower than the carby even with the suspension unloaded how will you get the fuel to the carby? Are you fitting a vacuum pump like some big tank bikes have? Would it pay to also pop the shock out and check the swing arm right through its travel, I could call in tomorrow and help you with that little job (could get thirsty I will get some refreshments :P )
Is there much to be gained in modifying the side cover plastic to get the tank higher against the alloy sub frame where it runs up?

Good stuff love the outside the square thinking (even from the Italians  ) will call over this week ;)
