Thanks TT, will try to get my luggage better sorted

Luggage doesn’t seem all that bad looking at the pictures, lower tyre pressure in the front and drop the forks through the clamps 10mm before before moving luggage.

Cheap… :P The Black rims came from Torpedo 7… $59 each… TB wanted someone to buy and test the quality so I’m it..

    ..

Cheap   You have got labour bill yet

I didn’t want someone to try them I wouldn’t use them our discussion was you asked me what I thought of them, I said I have my doubts as I tried cheaper rims before and ended up with stops signs  I asked how good could they be for 59 bucks. In the end I think it was we wouldn’t know until we knew someone that tried them that’s now you ;)

If it doesn’t work you are only 120 in the hole and that’s nothing is it, can always fit other rims at worst

It’s maybe like the socket sets they sell, it’s only quality but time will tell just try them

    Are they thicker spokes?

They don’t seem any thicker then the ones on the Old Bull Banana which is here at the moment.

The rims are interesting they dont have a rolled edge am wondering will they dent easier and get pinch flats easier because of the edge

Poor Krusty he hasn’t seen them yet  I sent him a text this morning but haven’t heard boo

Jim do you still have stock suspension? If you haven’t had your suspension done then it will push the front end cause the rear is low and too soft. Dropping the forks through will help but it will always do it with the too soft stock suspension

Dejay_kwacka posted this ride report as a grade 4/5??
Do I need more practice before signing up for the real ride??
Didn’t have a fall today and would of classed that as a grade 4/5. B)
Will try and get as much time on the bike as possible before ya’s organise this ride.

On saying that, everybody loves it when a “so called hard rider” comes unstuck.
I, myself am still working on being hard arsed. Probably left my wait too long. Too bloody old to do all the things I want to. Will not stop me from trying though. 👿 👿
    Yoh.
