Ollie from someone that is into navigation etc as I am iPhone and mudmaps, everytrail and Garmin mobile is pretty useless. Two problems is battery life like Snowy said and ability or lack of to load tracks
Reliability out of phone range is another and data use is another
I have tried most to get one that works for our navigation rides and now I believe get a gps from experience and my opinion.
