but for a Grandmother or anybody else is way to soft even at pace for a lighter bloke. Brad at Tekniks said for the rear they had springs available and had shipped plenty of them for shops to fit but had never spent time with a complete bike getting one sorted end to end and learning it completely. So I will leave it there for 10 days while they sort it front and rear.The other thing that is Yamaha’s bad is it doesnt have a lower rear chain guide to guide the chain onto the rear sprocket why Yamaha why :dry: So I have got one lined up from Sutto’s and will have two lugs welded on the swingarm and fitted when its at Tekniks
Here is the guide, yeah a KTM part although I will not use the alloy protector just the plastic inner

Added to my garage the requested Tenere pictures

In the next month I will be fitting a set of engine crash bars, Tekniks will be doing the suspension over, Scott at Battyes is going to Dyno it and remap the fuel injection and Whipps will be making a custom bash plate with a 2 litre water tank.
I will do a full write and and report over the next 12+ months on how the bike goes and how each modification goes. I rode it all day today and am very happy but there are some things that need attention sooner rather then later

I actually told him the photographer was there on the bluetooth as styled it up and then backed of cause it was slippery there. There was a pictures of Mal as well (behind me :woohoo: )TB
