Awesome stuff “H”
One tip but, drag it home from the dealer on its side behind the ute mate along the road.
True, you never ride them properly until they have a scratch on them
Enjoy

Whats the name of the pub TB, was thinking it may be easier for me just to stay at the pub Sat night and meet everyone at the startline  rather than riding up in the morning. Yet to buy a tent and might as well travel light for a one day ride.
James
Hi James, the pub isnt a pub (my bad) its a golf club but does feeds and sells beers. It will be a camp only setup I am afraid
There are a few driving up (I may even to save the road miles on my new bike) in which case camping and tents shouldnt be a problem. The cars can be parked at a safe location at the old Oak milk bar Peats RidgeTB
oldgirl wrote:Hi Guys,A friend on mine has a Buell Ulysses 1100 and wants to start doing some adventure riding (Buell promotes it as an adventure bike??). We took it to clarance on saturday and did the road from the zig zag railway to the glow worm caves. It was his first time on dirt EVER! so I didn’t take him on any fire trails. I had a ride of it and holy crap…… it is heavy, and bloody quick. I’m not game to take it on the road I’m too much of an idiot lol. Got it sideways around a corner and scared the living crap out of myself   :pinch:
Do you think it would handle a nav run?
He can ride pretty well, but I don’t want to throw him into a nav run if the bike is too heavy or not right for it.Any thoughts? He doesn’t have knobbys on it at all just intermediate road tyres.
No no no way in hell will that go where Pete and I have pre run today, not a hope
Sorry

sea-bass wrote:Sounds like a awesome ride, please put me down!No worries will see you there just make sure you have read the first post back to front and inside out
Will you need someone to ride with?TB
Mal it maybe just worth while giving it to a nerd in Bathurst and getting it saved. Then do the back ups more often? I dont have any experience with the softwares I have just had Chris and a nerd in Penrith save mine before, cost $25
