Just remember TB it took KTM more than 3 years to get where they are , i think the biggest thing and this is not just with sherco but any bike , is what your going to get back with resale value and like most blokes they are dyed in the wool with the brand they have had for years .
They are good bikes theres no doubt about that but to wether they make as a sales leader or just another boutique option is still yet to be answered

Yeah that’s what I was saying mate. Sherco have jumped the other small euro brands already but. And yeah you are right about resale etc. I always wanted a TM right or wrong but the fact you had to either keep it forever or give it away was the scary thing. You always see small pockets of boutique brands around a good shop like TM was around Cessnock years ago.

Come on Snowy can you post pictures? I love new bikes :woohoo:

the euro weapons in the last couple of years really do seem to be hard to beat !!

That started me thinking, while KTM have been selling for years the others are not even close. I thought Sherco would have sold more, I guess there push with the new product has really only been the last three years maybe I reckon. It will take time.

Hi Drewy, just hold onto it for now mate and we will get back to you asap ;)

Welcome back STM, I will give you a ring in a few days when you get adjusted back to being home. Disappointing you need to postpone the start, we do need this badly as we didn’t raise any money last year and funding stopped ages ago. The site has been propped up privately for some time now, while no one looks for pats on the back some help from all that use OBT as free and effective ride and social base would be very much appreciated.

For the record, the cost of NSW “Rego” is not much more than Rec Rego in Vic it is the green slip that makes it expensive. Vic doesn’t have green slips for insurance different system. So even if we have REC rego you will still need a green slip in NSW in case or when you run into one another in the bush making it expensive. And you can be sure the government wont change NSW insurance for ALL motor vehicles so people can ride MX bikes in small parcels of land.

I will add that to the list.
Dig deep everyone and add some goodies to the list as the site needs to stay financial.

    PM me.

How is this going Scott because as you have written above we do need to do something to raise some much needed money to keep the site going ;)
