The spot connect falls out of the small holder I gave you Eagle I found out the hard way, but found it  those holders like STMs were great but they didn’t do a range of holders do them. When mounted on my bars both my connect and spot 2 used to turn off.
I have mine a little different to STMs as I was worried, probably for no reason about it being damaged in a fall. The down side to where I have it now is it isn’t as easy to get to but it’s easy enough is with me rather than on the bike. All the spots I have ever seen them mounted have pros and cons

Yes like I said don’t hit them with a hammer  You can also use a vice or best a press. Be careful you don’t damage the bearings by applying to much pressure because it folds the end of the bearing cage into the rollers

If your posts disappear and it in the tech thread here is why

Nickj wrote:So how often would you suggest to pull the bolts and grease ?Depends on the quality of the grease you use how often you ride t, where you ride it etc etc
Is their any preferred sequence to remove the bolts ? All or one at a time ?
Depends on the bike, how you have it supported. All is better and do it on the bench

Welcome Andy, got your PM but is all good now. Enjoy the site may see you on a ride somewhere

If the needles are falling out technically the bearings are rooted or our riding a Chinese pit bike. See in the pictures attached the bearings are retained in the ends of the carriers
Also important is the seals if they are no good you may as well pack the bearings with dirt

No idea on holders for those here mate, TB has a connect but mounted to the bars I think in a ram mount ???Good Luck with the setup etc
No Eags wrong again  on my camel back strap up the top, two cable ties Linz, one through the slot in the end and one over the unit to the strap

Different internal ratios will affect final gearing but I am a fan of 13 / 52. It gives low end snap and still allows a top speed of around 110 which is plenty for my terrain.STM
That is a CRF 250 which is less than half the power and capacity of the 530 it should be noted
. No 250 joke there btw just the facts. As we all ride different and like different things gearing is as personal as underpants colour

Boze the 14 is better I ran 15 50 on the 530 I was riding (and still am sometimes  ) I thought the gearing was great. Had 14/50 at Seaview this year, 15 when we did Hattah. 14 at Coffs.
Btw the smaller the front sprocket the faster you wear out your chain and chain slider. And when you wear your chain faster you wear your rear sprocket out faster as well. The tighter circumference of the sprocket wears the rollers and links fasterTB
