Eagle please come along. It will be a great ride. I know that TB said it is more of a social ride but from where I’ve been along the way it is still an excellent ride. Come on.

WTF He is coming, we are just bitch slapping

It has different options at times this ride Kylie so it will have hard sections or you will be able to go the easier option

Every ride is a social outing for me :P

I haven’t had any problems using Motul either Ollie, either has Chicken who’s XR has done over 40,000kms with only a set of clutch plates, my current 650 has done now over 20,000kms of riding and racing never been touched. Dave has some incredible miles out of his KTM using Motul

All quality oils will do the job Oliie, people will work out their own preference, if you use the right grade and change it regularly, people will find an oil, normally the one they can access easy and are happy with the price, I have been buying Motul 5100 at present 8 litres (2x 4 litres containers) $100 neat, normally $130 thats value

Are your eyes painted on Ollie or just narrow vision  I highlighted it for you as you missed it before go back and check it, my fiddy has done more race and riding miles then any of yours, reckon thats a good test

Interesting you mentioned Mick’s old XR600 running Penrite, wasnt going to mention that but its rooted and needs valves and valve guides, ask Mick, stems and guides worn out, blows smoke on start up and has done 9000kms or there abouts, never flogged or raced runs Penrite like you said

Where Chickens XR600 that I used to own that has run Motul all its life has done over 40,000kms and hard kms when I raced it in the Condo 750’s etc and they get a flogging there and doesnt blow an ounce of smoke

Sorry Ollie wasnt going to mention in your penrite thread  but you bought it up

Like I said its personal choice but there’s some facts I find interesting, by the way Mick old 600, its stems and guides, so thats lube related not air filter related which is valve face and insert / clearance related

Yeah good job Ollie great chart it all helps like you said, I know an engine builder with over 50 Australian titles to his name and he only recommends Motul, but its not why I use it
