I took the 310 out yesterday to get some mud on it :cheer: First bush ride in 10 months,,new bike ,new gear, new boots ,I must have looked like a walking neon sign   Pretty flash :P
By the time I got home I looked a lot more like a dirt rider,,I didn’t go too bad I thought,The only damage was a teeth marks from a foot peg on one knee,a blister on my throttle hand (soft girly skin)
And apart from that I was just Billy Galooted,,,now I feel like a Sumo had a hold of me for a wile
And it was a lot of fun,now I just have to HARDEN THE F#CK UP ,get some rid fitness and stay in one peice.

Tezza, try crouching down and pushing your knee as hard as you can against the caliper and push it inwards towards the disc. Pull the lever in/out plenty of times to get firm again and repeat this a few times. It basically reverse bleeds the system,Hope this helps.

    Marty

Well thanks Marty, you nail it in one, There’s no way i could get my short leged nee and short arm around the caliper and the leaver at the same time,,so I used a C clamp on the caliper and worked the lever. At first the leaver just went in to the bars,,,but as you said do it plenty of times, and wolah! the leaver came out to where it should be,I released the clamp and the leaver stayed put,,,too easy,Thanks heaps for the info. bugger’d if I would have worked that one out.

Scotty, I know what yu mean about the different break feel on the RMX,,it was pretty solid alright and my back break never had any feel to it ,only when I put new pads in,for about half of a ride then back to, on or off kinda feel.
I think I’m gona like the the 310.

    Problem solved. Thanks again .
