I took the 310 out yesterday to get some mud on it :cheer: First bush ride in 10 months,,new bike ,new gear, new boots ,I must have looked like a walking neon sign   Pretty flash
By the time I got home I looked a lot more like a dirt rider,,I didn’t go too bad I thought,The only damage was a teeth marks from a foot peg on one knee,a blister on my throttle hand (soft girly skin)
And apart from that I was just Billy Galooted,,,now I feel like a Sumo had a hold of me for a wile
And it was a lot of fun,now I just have to HARDEN THE F#CK UP ,get some rid fitness and stay in one peice.
Teza.Bloody hell wolfie,a leg and an arm, I hope it’s not too bad mate.
Teza.I downloaded the work shop manual for the 310. So I’v reaset the shock clikers back to factory settings, and moved some other stuff around,Like break pedal hight, put on a lower set n bars,Just have to hit the rough stuff to get it sorted,,but still waiting for me new boots to arive,,so no dirt yet for me
but soon my frends soon. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
Teza. That was great Tryhard :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: Sending those big bikes up that rough track was great to watch,,top footage right there. Thanks for the ride .
Cheers Teza.

Good on him for that.
Teza.HA!HA!HA! good read man . I gues he hung on to the 125 for a reason,Once the roost seteled did yu ever see him again.
NIIIICE! conditions look perfect.
MARTY 450 wrote:Tezza, try crouching down and pushing your knee as hard as you can against the caliper and push it inwards towards the disc. Pull the lever in/out plenty of times to get firm again and repeat this a few times. It basically reverse bleeds the system,Hope this helps.Marty
Well thanks Marty, you nail it in one, There’s no way i could get my short leged nee and short arm around the caliper and the leaver at the same time,,so I used a C clamp on the caliper and worked the lever. At first the leaver just went in to the bars,,,but as you said do it plenty of times, and wolah! the leaver came out to where it should be,I released the clamp and the leaver stayed put,,,too easy,Thanks heaps for the info. bugger’d if I would have worked that one out.
Scotty, I know what yu mean about the different break feel on the RMX,,it was pretty solid alright and my back break never had any feel to it ,only when I put new pads in,for about half of a ride then back to, on or off kinda feel.
I think I’m gona like the the 310.Problem solved. Thanks again .
Cheers Teza.Looks like you all had a fun day out in the rain
bummer about the injeries, but it sounds like it hasn’t dampen’d spirits at all, good on yu’s for geting out there in the mud. :woohoo:

Cheers TezaEvery time I go out to the shed to get a beer,,It’s siting there looking good,,,,I love it :cheer: :cheer: .
Just need some new boots and a spot, then I’m out there. :woohoo: cant wait.
Teza.Yeh,no worries Adam,,,,if I do go out for a bit of a ride,it will just be out the back of my place there’s a few decent tracks, mostly just to have a fidl with some setings and move a few things around to get a better feel for it.
When I get the bike and myself sorted yu welcome to come down and check out a loop that I’v sorted, and theres a heap of singles I’m yet to explor as well.
Cheers Teza.Yeh! thanks Guyes,,I’m just so happy to be geting back out there. I’m tempted to pach up the old boots and go for a bit of a ride tomorrow and start doing some adjustments.
Cheers Teza. There will be no easing a new rider in with you blokes eh!  Well at least he yu didn’t scare him off
