Hey but it was no big deel at all,not like the old rubber hose or any thing,,that’s what I was thinking :blush: after, I wish that i did it earlier,I felt heaps better, n could enjoy the drugs again

Teza.Thanks again fellers,all good advice there,I’v definatly got some work to do in the fitness department,and the wife and I have a plan so it’s not just a no go,but it’s still hard to walk in the shed n see the empty space where my bike was.

and it’s great that you will be riding again in a couple of weeks with your wifes blessing.
Thats one aria that I’m ok in,I have a check up every year and i’v always eaten pretty healthy food,,although I do like the odd beer
