You sure that wasn’t the excess vitamins like when you drink a berocca?
No,
was good old fashioned dehydration from heat and the many beers i had the night before. was fixed with plenty of water and beers to follow. Thats the problem with ridin on the weekend. the grog the night before. One other thing i just thought of.

if there was a competition running for
“The Worlds Last Wild Man” you would get my nomination Murph.
top effort by you with the night you had before the ride. There were some sweet long singles found.
Bloody Dribble organises a ride and turns up late.
That hill got the heart going.
Diddel mentioned there was a track were you had to jump over a six foot wash out/creek. (didnt tell us where it was)when i came flyig round the corner i saw it in front of me and hit the brakes sliding straight for it. managed to just pull up in time to turn around and go back and jump over it.At the end when we were supposed to be heading back to the cars i could see Diddel taking new “unexplored routes” even though he told us we were heading back. Hes like a puppy when you take them to the beach then tell em its time to go home. they start running off and taking different ways just keen to stay for that bit longer. When you put the lead on them for disobedience they give you that look
Nice to meet some new faces.
cheers

I have 2 dogs. One 18 mths the other just under 6 mths.
if you let em inside then get prepared for many hours of cleaning. if you leave em outside get ready for many hours of repairs.
they will come good. just will take 2 years or so.
good luck

cheers
Scotty,
if you dont go on the westy ride id be keen for a blast around ourimbah for a few hours. ive got a pretty good loop going through there now.cheers
tf2The 2010 is meant to have a better stronger e start Moto. Dont stress it just sounded as if the starter was engaging too long after start up. sure it will get fixed up. one thing bout the starter. I only use mine when i stall and need to get going in a hurry or when im on a weird angle and cant kick the bike easily or too tired to kick the bike.
these starters are tack on items there not like a four stroke starter. i would be kicking it as much as possible for the long jevity of the starter.
and before any one carries on about paying big money for a bike with a starter and having to kick it, it is amazing how many four strokes i have seen where there e starter dont work properly or on every occasion and they have to kick it. this has been witnessed on bike from 07 on ranging from huskies,wr450’s ktms crfs etc.
i know what i would rather be kicking.
on the jetting. if you want to try some jetting solutions before forking out $145 like me try this
the N8RH needle in your spares kit on clip #2 if you want it to go hard its the go (apparently). I think it might use a bit more fuel than the JD though. but apparently it gets 100 kay from a tank (which is good).run that N8RH with 35pj which is standard and already in there and buy a 162mj think there bout $10.
others have tried it and say it is good.
if it is a good jetting spec please keep your feelings to yourself cause i will crack if i just spent $145 to find out i could have spent $10.
cheers
Tf2next came someone cant tell who maybe Grant
Then seeing the carnage our fearless leader Murph decided to try the left hand line
then Ripnshred and Littswood
Last was Diddel who was hiding down the bottom crying i think ? but he made it on his second attempt.
Thats all my photos. we then headed up to the singles that would take us back to the cars were everyone got a little sloppy from being tired. made it back to the cars and found a fat leach attached to me behind the knee. was the 3rd for the day.
the end.
Diddel on his first attempt up the right side
his ec300 ass gas didnt like this plan so it bucked him off. you can just see diddels little head popping over the rock
He went back down too lick his wounds.
Ive never seen such look in the kids eyes. it was if some had just stolen his last dollar.
then it was Justo’s turn
Moto went first
and made it nearly right to the top of the section and then this happened
Moto giving the double Fonzy.he and the new steed slid right back down. poor 300 lucky its got a armadillo shield strapped to the front of it.
Some of the greatest carnage happened on this little section.
Most people tried the right side. this was the result of that plan.Axels mate Grant unsuccessful on first attempt.
Moto on his second charge
The 2 corner man system worked well keeping the ride much closer. any how after doing more single and the great north walk down hill we headed to wave rock where a few decided to go round. Every one made it up wave rock quite well so we continued on.
We went to secret spot x where some refueled and a couple decided to leave the ride.
Murph wanted to do some new single which was quite nice and then try and take on a c*nt of a hill near farrells ? A few got stuck on a rock in the single track and Axels mate became impatient and decided to have a bet with Axel that he could make it up another way for $100. There wasn’t actually another way but he eventually made it through so Axel owes him $100.
When we crossed the creek and got to the bottom of Carnage hill Axels mate asked “is this really worth it ?”. The last time i tried this hill with Murph i had to flip my bike without me on the bike to make it up a rock section with a massive tree root thrown in as well.
Justo
Littswood
Axel
everyone chipped in and helped out to get all to the top of this section. Then we had one more little challenge to make it to the top of the trail.

you forgot Diddel and his EC300 ass gas. surely you asked for some technical advice on critical bike maintenance like how not to pinch flat a tube.
or how to duct tape most of your bike togetheror how to keep your rear fender from flapping around and rubbing on rear tyre with most of your subframe missing ?. :woohoo:
or perhaps how to keep your exhaust and muffler on when missing most of its mounting bolts
or maybe how to re route your electrical wiring when it is getting caught in your rear wheel or burning on the exhaust
oh wow. the technical advice you could have learned from a true genius of bike maintenance 😆
Moto coming to terms with his new 300 beast with the red power valve spring. That spring is great for technical rutted c*nt hills like this :cheer:
the 300 trying to kick moto off
the next few photos are off Littswood a new obtrailriders convert and Diddel snaking there way up
