i just finsished a ride around ourimbah.

bike started then cut out wouldnt go. checked wires like what happened to 300jack. then took plug out it was fouled. cleaned it put it back in runnin fine. then bought half kay from the cars it cut out again. tokk it out cleaned it went 20 metres stopped. ended up pushing the C*%t out up a F***&^kin hill.

glad this didnt happen on one of your rides murph. would have been 30 kays from the car.

trying to work out why it fouled all of a sudden ? ridin with the new pipe 3 times and hadnt happened now does.

the bush is much better. there is still a bit of dust around but heaps better than last week.

those photos turned out ok murph.

you were a bit worried they wouldnt show the angle right. rock steps and vertical !

some great tracks again and a fast flowing pace with the 3 of us. cant wait for the next one.

i didnt climb to the top of the tower on mount woble long. the OHS kicked in. didnt have my work at heights certificate there with me. (F#cken OHS)

i love that first report too.

yes i am missing a hub cap . missing 2 now both on the left side.

was a great ride some good trails. that last bit of single trail was just brilliant to come home on.

cant wait for the next ride. the last ride i did before this one was murphs ride a month ago. gotta get out more.

jerry’s garage is on george downes drive a few kays down from the turnoff onto walkers ridge forest road where the NPWS building is which leads into the basin.

it will take about 15 minutes from Jerry’s to get down to the basin.

i went for a drive up there today to make sure i new where i was going. the forest roads into the basin are ok for 2wd cars for those who werent quite sure there are plenty of signs indicating where to go. it is very easy to find.

im driving straight there and will be aiming at getting there by 9.

im doin a ride on sun in watties so wont be able to make this ride but would be very keen do do your ride some other time like next week or week after that etc. i ride in at ourimbah a bit and have done a ride once from martinsville through to paxton pub and back but never started from ourimbah so would be a good ride.

just looked at google map it will be the closest ride to my house i have done in a while. should be a good spot. have heard a lot about letter A which is up the road meant to be some good trails in there.
