awesome report, myself and a few blokes from Quirindi did a run up there yesterday too, Alot of the forest was in prime conditions. But some singles through the pines have been riden quiet alot in the dry and were made very hard pack. With a bit of rain on them it was making us question our riding skills. Thankgod for Barkbusters.
Were the 2 young blokes you came across snowy on a CRF and WR by any chance ? we came across too young fella’s lost at the end of some of the new singles up there.

Had some work at some stables in quirindi today. 7:30 till 1:30 shovelling out stalls for these weird 1horsepower machine things ? Was certainly dusty and hot in them sheds! But riding over too my mates place, jumping in the pool and watching the SX made it worth while!

Was a great race too watch indeed ! Lead from the first lap !!! Not bad for a bloke doing it out of his own pocket with no factory support !

Not fun having to deal with peanuts like that when riding a bike on the road. I had a young lady pull out on me when I was on a round about. I tried to cut hard too the left too avoid running into the side of her … but nobbies on a tar road can only be pushed so far and I lost the front end. Sliding across the road on a 35 degree day wasn’t fun, that and having a car looking down on me wasn’t fun. But got in the clear, bike hit the gutter I came up just short and she kept driving. Thought I’d got off without injury until I looked at my arm and realised I lost all the skin from my elbow too my wrist. Getting that scrubbed in hospital wasn’t fun.

Had a look at the CRF and thought what else does it need before I sell it. Nearly ready for sale !

Damn you tempted the devil ! Unfortunately I’m in the process of getting a ute and new bike. Looks the goods mate good luck with the sale. Might hit you up down the track for a new mountain bike but!

In quirindi we’ve had 2 good 5-10 minute drops of rain. Guarantee when day light comes but you won’t be able too tell. Near lost my wallet down a crack in the ground!

Look forward too that ride bols ! Been keen too get out on the trailers with you guys.

Bugger ! Looked like Nundle and Tamworth were getting all the rain from Quirindi. Was gonna be able to make it tomorrow too ( if i was allowed too tag along ) always next time.
