I cant say ive seen them, I’ll look into it
As in the actual caliper?
It happens to alot of bikes not just KTM. But pretty much after awhile on single trails (or being stuck behind a honda rider)where you tend to drag the rear brakes alot they tend to over heat and cause the brakes to fade, The brembo master cylinder dosn’t hold alot of fluid so this bumps up the capacity and also cools the brake fluid.
Im sure we can work out something on post haha.
It should have 5.1 in it from standard.
Change the fluid and re bleed the system and put the extender on.
As TB said we are doing them for $62.90 and there in KTM Orange (what KTM rider dosn’t like bling?)
Cheers
Scott(if the feel wasn’t comming back in the lever then it would most likely be a master cylinder rebuild. But you shouldnt need one of those yet.)
Hi guys what you need is
Standard needle (OBDZT)
clip should be on the 5th position from the top
40 pilot jet
180 main
air screw should be 1 1/2 turns outIf you find it still pops maybe try a 45 pilot
Hope that helps
Cheers

Scotthahaha classic
Hi Fossil i beleive its this hose (bottom of the thermostat) What happens when the right hand radiator has a hit it pushes the thermostat closer to the header and causes it to melt. best to buy a set of radiator guards/brace for $175 saves you some money in the long run.
Also that little bottom hose you can only buy with the thermostat $191.70 (dont forget your OBT discount.)
Cheers
ScottI liked Vman’s because in most cases its true

Me best mate has a ’52 Dodge ute (Looks like Mater) with everything ready to go, running gear out of the latest GT, hiace front end,Drop axles, absolutely everything down to the interior, he’s just gotta get the time to restore and bolt it up………..Like i said I love a custom anything.Bruce
