WTF thought this was a piss take.Went and bought a press not to long ago to do this tedious shit ass job.Made it a rule to install grease nipples to most moving parts,hook on grease gun pump up n ride.

But if you have to replace bearings,once you have taken all the skin off your fingers n knuckle’s
removing the old ones,
Place new bearings in the freezer for a few hours,they will then fit straight in,not much swearing,hitting,,,,presing required.

Couldn’t agree more TB. I run asterisks now for about 6years,bought them while on compo for a broken knee. Learnt the hard way 3 months on crutches.Gained 18kgs,Fat as mud.

Gassit scored them for pretty cheep.

Bugger ,I always come to late.been down the shed fixing a mates ktm.
Was working out the cry vac machine to reseal the plastic bags the 500 odd bearings that I sent back the last few months that i couldn’t get to fit .
