I have allways used petrol rinse,straight into warm soapy water let it dry,put filter into old shoping bag ,squeese oil through,remove and wrap in newspapper to remove excess oil,grease outside rim where it seats on airbox.
Ps have now gone to turps,grabed the wifes tupper ware tub and a cake rack thingy that fits beautifully in the bottom of the tub and the lid goes back on ready for next time.

DONT USE WIFES TUPPERWARE OR CAKE RACK THINGY.

What a great day out.Thanks Mick for shareing your tracks,dust was a problem at times.
So i would try to get out of the dust by sitting right on micks back wheel.
Silly bugger thought i was trying to overtake him so we would wind it on more.Going way to fast at times.
was good to meet razzel.Was good to christen his shiny new bike with a little lay down up one hill.Glad he didnt give up there,as the tracks opened up for some fast runs.

Boony I dont mind the yellow tint.Or orange tint ,they work well on dark or low lit singles,
got on to them doing night time stadium mx and the odd super x,they let you see in the shadows/ruts.
But find in direct sun i get a headake.that could also be the piss from the night before.
