I have used the amber before, for me they brighten things up but also tend to make them blend into each other a bit.
Last time used them I hit a few things that I didn’t even see.

I have an Acerbis plastic molded bash plate that I bought for my 2013 KTM 350 EXC-F ( not sure what other sizes it fits) will fit 2012 as well.

As you can see I fitted a Force alloy one instead.
The Acerbis one has never been fitted, bought it before I got the force plate.
