What do you suggest I get to make the trails trim and tight again ?

not sure of the size of your ruts and holes wich you want fixed
you could get a few mates with big machines do dump a load on the track then spread it over the problem areas

i rode that trail when iwas younger
had an issue with lube on the top end
pushed on anyway and blew my head just on top of the greasy mound had to get pulled out
