i feel your pain
my daughter had a sprint at inverell this year
after a crappy 8hr drive in the van we finaly arrive and prepare for the next two days off racing
saturday morning we get up she gets her gear on and suprise no neck brace no log book and i thought no brain had been backed on her behalf
they let her race as they know her and have seen her log book before
practice 2nd fastest in the girls glass
round 1 5th
round 2 10th
no round 3 bike woulnd’t start f–king honda 250 valves closed
good bye state title again
but thats racing
i got my first bike at the tender age of 20
it cost me $500 and it was a 1976 rm 125
within two weeks i had worked out how to get the front wheel up
bad misteak as the top and bottom fork tubes seperated heading up my driveway at 60kmph putting me into the ground knee first

but got back on the old girl and still love my 2 bangers currently looking for a 125 for my daughter to play on (and me)maybe not as old
i had my front rim crack at the seam
i had it welded and it strated to crack again after about 3 months of racing
had it welded agian and bought a complete wheel (talon hub sm pro rim) and still have the welded wheel for a spare and have used i four times since and is still ok but no it will crack again
not to mention names mick but the same girl now has a 250f and the engine alone had 15,000 spent on it
my girls bike has head work and shocks done
and i got her a full system wich took her from 32hp to 40.5hp
and the money bags bike hauls arse past my kids down the straights
