    Yes the downwash can be an issue.

    Thanks fellas for all your info.I am just covering all bases before i drop the hard earned on a new bike.Hopefully i can get something sorted before the Coffs blast but i don’t want to end up buying the wrong bike.
    I was looking at a 2010 300 EXC also.

    Moto,
    He is a commited brewer,he has a database on his computer where he rates the brew/ingredients/taste comments and scores it out of ten.

    STM was once a Master Brewer who managed the Queenscliff Brewery on top of the hill.You could see the smoke stacks from North Head as the brewery was in full production.
    I used to loiter there like several others including a character called DOGARSE and wash bottles on several occasions just so i could sample some of his wizardry.

    Hey all,this is my first post.Thanks to NickyJ,Nige and STM for a great ride.Always love riding with those blokes.
    Was good to finally get a weekend off and ride with the boys.Unfortunatly in my field of work(EMQ Helicopter Rescue) i don’t get many weekends off.
    I missed out on riding Coffs the previous weekend with STM due to a cracked oil screen bolt but redeemed myself on this ride and had a blast.
    I am keen as ever to get out on the Kato asap again and get out on those Coffs trails.I rode Coffs with STM on mountain bikes years ago but due to STM loosing hair and having a gammy knee,motos are on the agenda haha.
    Very keen to meet riders in Northern NSW and Southern QLD who can show us their local trails as i live at Kingscliff but work in Brisbane(EMQ) and Lismore(Westpac Lifesaver).
