Sounding husky like Moto, just thinking do you or anyone else have a pic from a ride where you can see the dented header and the clutch cover in one piece?

I know it was like that cause i was looking at that dent at sunny corner thinking youd be spewin about that.

CT18,WD40 its like a dirtbikes stable diet, have used silicone spray under the guards (not to make it shiny  ) but to clean it easy after a muddy ride. Read it somewhere in a mag once,i think mx trick to try and drop mud / weight. Recently looked at my mates identical bike to mine that has had no CT18 just wd40 coats and it looked like a pos, compared to mine.

Good diagams,i would try and get some power straight to the starter motor bypassing the loom to hopefully eliminate it,probably worth an arm and a leg  . Then if the starter turns work back through the cheaper items.

    good luck

Thats a fair load of fuel in there wrsteve,i would be tempted to go the bigger tank if i was after that much range. I’m liking the lower weight in my pack now i trashed my 3L liner and have only got a 2L now.

Do the new yammi’s like a drink? My issue is fuel pump placement doesn’t fully run the tank out leaving heaps in the sides, dodgy design.

Slightly of topic, but close enough i have a spare tank from the first owner getting a warrenty replacement, was wondering if anyones heated and expanded one out? i have read about the older style tanks taking this treatment, but this tank has a large curve molded in which makes it strong down the sides where the shroud opening is. If they could be expanded theres some more range there to be had.
