Good stuff TC, you wont miss that kickstarter.

Unless the battery goes flat

Has anyone with a DRZ ever had battery problems ?

I would love to buy a new Berg 390 or 450 but the lack of a kickstarter scares the shit out of me.

I can see why Berg’s didn’t bother with a kick start, when you loose voltage and your battery is nearly flat the fuel pump can struggle to run,my Husky needs 8 volts min to turn the pump, its difficult near impossible to kick start it.Just make up a small set of jumper leads and never ride with 2 strokes that don’t have batteries!

    Great fix, Eagle,
Ive got a spare tank from a warrenty job on my husky i might try something similar to replace the 2 spinning tank inserts that are gone. There a touch smaller but the same thing.

    cheers

Gday Gocman, yeah love the way that 300 of yours can just crawl out of any situation mate.

That’s good he’s loving the PW80 enduro weapon, and your daughter?still keen on riding?

My young bloke just got his final xrays and now has been given the all clear from the quacks so he can play footy again and get back into riding.

Sure, can do a clarence run, juts got to sort the fuel range out on this one so i know what i can and can’t get to, loop wise.Maybe start on the other side for something different. You and Galey throw me some dates then, well post it up.

You may need it for this hill 3 banger !

Got bulk torque to play with now should be a good test for the new big banger, i dropped a tooth on the front the other day for climbs.

Have analized your clips and i have come to the conclusion its steep ;) and you must have been knackered at the top as you couldnt crest the last bit.And how low can the Goc machine rev and stay mobile, impressive.

Lads, it was a great day all round. The right tyres can make the difference in most situations but it usually comes down to the rider!!!

Storm damage is still in place with new tracks around the downed trees Four Banger. Been a while mate.

BTW no 4 stroke has ridden Galey’s Hill yet!

    OUT

Good stuff detours in place, loam in place and a two stroke “only” hill next ride is shaping up well. You can call me 3banger in case i go back Galey…..that way ive hedged my bets.

And that means someone can have bragging rights on your hill.

Got a new viper ready to go on…………… ;)
