Twobanger, if you weld a thin strip of flat bar so the cross section is a “T” shape to that wheel spanner, all will be good. Worked for me.
Cheers
MurphThanks for the tip Murph, haven’t looked at it yet,but was thinking i could weld it to the tire levers but ill give the re-inforcing a try. Great idea that spanner used it on a mates crf once with the inserts got him out of trouble, thats why i havn’t chucked it and bought a simple two size model.
My Ballards wheel spanner got trashed

Keep us informed on your new rubbers, I mean tires. its handy for checking the chain parked next to the wall like that!
TB,
I bought it off a mate for $65 he had 2 and reackoned there good.I don’t know if thats the retail he must know someone in tires.
Teckniks had them on the racks a few years ago,i saw them when i went in there to get some h/d viper tubes and they where around that price from memory.
And i usually run 16psi but dropped to 15 and it was good, hit plenty of rocks hard so no pinch flats at that pressure. And i’m using bridgestone heavy duty tubes now days.
Using the ballards pencil guage, hopefully accurate!
