This is NOT an entry per se.

It doesn’t meet any of the criteria set…

But I’m practicing posting a you tube vid I posted re some of the bloke I ride with at Sunny Corner.

Before you start watching I can tell you Bucky hates:
    -Single track
    -Eggs
-Camping in shearing sheds we call the “LUND Hilton”

It’s a pisstake on one of our mates… there are some “in” jokes you may not get but it may stimulate some others to something. The others I have watched have been good! ;)

    that’s tops, what does Bucky say about it?

Been watching the enduro series on Foxtel, did anyone see the footage of a exhausted Graehem Jarvis on the rock hill near the end?

They where calling for the medics when he got roosted by rocks bigger than cricket balls hits him in the head when he was lying on the ground with no helmet on :S ,got a helicopter ride for that.

You raise some interesting points James ill throw out my 2 cent opinion.

Nothing like some banter to liven things up, but at the end of the day as long as you can twist the throttle on whatever you ride it’s all good.

    Cheers James

hmmm must driving you nuts, sounds similar to an issue i had on my old wr250’s brembo’s.

Illl try and remember the order of stuffing around.

was loosing peddle all the time, no leaks at the dust seal, would bleed then be ok but come back to loosing peddle mainly on wet rides, put on 2nd hand master cylinder, couldn’t bleed it no matter what i tried, bike shop bled it in a minute as had a better syringe perfect brake pedal, old master cylinder packed it in a few months later, purchased brand new one and thought it would be a nightmare to bleed but was easy this time and never had an issue again.

What was wierd was there was no leak at all around the dust seal on the first master cylinder but if i went on a wet ride it seemed to pull water in and need to be flushed with the first master cylinder and you could visibly see the fluid contaminated. This made no sense as i thought if it’s taking in water it should leak some fluid. The 2nd had one just lost the seal and spewed out fluid so at least it broke properly.

Didn’t have any leaks around the caliper piston seals and didn’t have to touch them in the end. Don’t know if this is going to too much help but it sounds a little similar to the hassle i was having with the bleeding.

    cheers good luck with it.

    Cheers Mal,
Ill give you a yell if going that way.Thanks.

Its been raining plenty down here today good timing to think tires.

Ditwitch thats some serious distance out those s12’s mate, can’t say ive ever turned a tire (bit lazy) sometimes ive got the spare new one on the shelf so just chuck it on. But the only tire ive ever had that sorta miles out of was a Stone King, which i think never wore out, someone probably found it at the tip and is still using it.

    cheers

With the amount of riding you get in Galey i see your point, you must buy chains and sprockets in bulk B)

thanx all, TB the old 2T spent lots of time wheel spinning but this 4T more time getting traction.

STM i don’t do much if any tar so all good in there,i’m keen to give a s12 a go and just heard the forecast for rain on the weekend so all those little holes will be filling up.

Andy29 didn’t think of that but once we get a few weeks of rain all the tracks i go to will stay that way.

Buzz ive always meant to put an s12 on the front, but they didn’t have any last time.

Heres a clip from last year for a laugh  , this little sucker is deeper now but i am going to remember it this year. ;)

Yep good save looks impressive he does jump a long way so he must have been up it.

Would have been good to see it from front on as well, why did he leave KTM ?
