I did a similiar thing as TB with the staight line and stop routine. The only thing I can tell you to look out for is when ya young bloke yells out watch this dad and heads for the slippery dip at full throttle. Not good. But if you look more scared than he is he my be scared off it for good.

Don’t send him anything STM, make him come pick them up and he may bring his 6fiddy for a blat while he is up here.
Looks ok. Pity about color. To much orange for my liking. Needs more BLUE.
I am not going to louee but if anyone is going thru coffs I have a few camp stretchers that can be borrowed by anyone who needs a bed for a night or two at louee.
Welcome to the looney bin. Another bannana rider. Will the insanity ever end.

I saw that but I thought it might be something to do with how much force they can take before breaking. Do the bikes get much hotter because of the airflow being obstructed by the gaurd?

Quote:HI Rosey welcome to the site. I got a question for ya about ya radiator gaurds. Have you had any decent hits on them and do they make the bike get any hotter being so restrictive. Also what brand are they. Cheers FEZ.

The bike looks gr8. Tell Willamina I have exactly the same riding gear AND boots that she is wearing in your photo’s.
I have been burnt myself, more than once I am sad to say. I now insist on written itemised quotes. If they won’t do it there must be a catch or they just don’t want your work.

Quote:There is an implied warranty on their work y’know.I found out the hard way about implied warranty. I had new spokes fitted by JDK wreckers at Toormina, my local bike shop the one I get all my bike stuff from and when I picked up the bike the rims were out not balanced and was told there price didn’t include balancing. I disputed the charge on my credit card bill only to be told I took them into to get the spokes replaced and never said I needed them balanced. Westpak refused to dispute the amount on my credit card saying the spokes were replaced. Maybe Austblue took his bike and asked to get a (helicoil fitted) when should have asked to get the leak fixed. We don’t know.
I would be there but I am taking my young blokes scouts group camping at Ebor on the weekend so I’m a no, but make sure you take your camera this time and post heaps of pickies. Have fun guys.
