Well done mate. I don’t know how you guys do it. I go for a 3 hour ride and get arm pump and need a week to recover and you guys just go for days. Once again well done.
I will now try to help to the best of my knowledge. I have had a similiar find on the floor of my workshop and the BB ended up being out of the straight bar and socket set I was using to take off my rear wheel. It may simply, but may be worth a look.

Single Track Mind is just nth of Coffs and Aaronchild is a Bello boy so you should have no trouble finding riding buddies. STM has some of the best riding in his backyard so give him a yell he is always keen for a run.
