that bike will crack may go a bit fast if your worryed about hurting your self .personaly think you should get something tamer but take it for a test ride and make your own mind up.sorry can not help on the husky reliability thing have never owned one
I’m no expert what so ever on this but last time i did brakes i used a large syringe about 100mm and a small tube and pushed the fluid from the bleed nipple back up into the reservoir doing this a few times till the air bubbles stop making sure you do not put any air bubbles in as you go. Then lock it off and bobs your uncle

on my ktm 4stroke the impeller is plastic and it has a flat peice on the shaft easy pecy not sure about the 200 but .its got a weep hole to let you no if its leaking and the water does not end up in the oil not sure if this is of any help on the 200 but may be different
