funny you talk of valves my last wr400 and ktm valves have hardly moved but my xr400 valves needed regular checks to keep in spec.think its just the crf honda s that have gave 4strokes and valves a bad name but they are a fun bike to ride and thats what its all about

mal definatly put a good show on STM thats a bugger of a hill those ruts lead you into a fallen tree now that stuffed me up got up eventually very untidy but

thanks mal for putting on a good ride and the test lite and fitting to fix my starter moter . reckon sb250y s ride saterday afternoon was a ripper had to leen against trees and have a rest half way up some of the hills .everyone was about the same pace and bob was on fire so did not have to wait long on the corners .mals loop saterday morning tested out the grade two riders but i think they enjoyed it some split of halfway.me mal and dude and the captan done a loop friday arvo and the same one as saterday morning was a good loop with a good variety of fun trails

:woohoo: :woohoo: what a top ride heaps of single track hills rocks mud all the good stuff 4day tracks sunnycorner trail bike rally tracks .a hill no one could get up to challenge us :silly: sneek up riders that join us (tryhard) it was all good .

i am bringing a small barby plate for the fire to (think gas is to modern for me don t have a gas one that travels ) should be a good weekend depending on the weather

yep just taped it out after pulling the outer seel things out its a strange looking bearing reckon you will figger it out i am no machanic but

i did mine without removing the swingarm but only used a nylon bush type thing not the genuin ktm bearing
