i run a 45 pilot jet in mine tryed 48 to rich (had a 40 in it ) and a 190 main (was 180 standard)have nown people to run 195 mains in them with a acropovic found it to rich with my fmf pipe.i just run the clip in the middle with the needle they put in it when de restricted at the shop ?.bike should run a bit cooler to .it still pops a bit think its a ktm thing .allso would not hert to check the valve clearence that can do it to .the valves don t move much on them but
