yes the grooves in the cluch basket would efect it but easily fixed with a file am not good enough on the computer to draw you a picter .but you run the file across two slots at a time to get the right angle hopefully some one on here will explain it properly to you this will also make your clutch pull lighter.but it has to be done right think this will fix your problem

Mine hang a little to the left, thanks for asking. I’ve been tinkering around with KTM’s since age 15 and just don’t now any better. Apart from that they are pretty cool bikes and always have an attitude and personality of their own. So no, I don’t think I’ll be selling my slow turning hard to handle and ball breaking bike.
Looking forward to some fun times
AlfieHi Alfie.
I think KTMs are awseome bits of machinary, just dont tell anyone I said that.Riders of my capabilityt could not possibly handle the power or the handling abilityies of those weapons.:woohoo: is that a bite i got there boony just could not help it
welcome to the site mate don t worry about the ktm nockers most of them can not ride anyway.i like those old ktm lc4 620s.I reckon they are one of the most reliable bikes going about the same weight of a drz but go harder not a bad bike

Have a look on the Teknic web site it explanes a lot about setting your clickers if you got the time to read it all.
