thats good to here TB have a set of EBC sintered metal pads in the shed braught for spares for the 4day but have not used them yet will need them soon . i reckon those wave discs that are the rage at the moment are hard on pads to
hay tb genuin brake pads are the best if you can get them at the right price but are a bit hard on the disks(but they do last a lot longer if you facter that into the cost and i used to ride hondas)have had the same set in since the 4day gunuin ktm
ridings on tomorrow wooohoo sand tracks and wet creeks can t wait anyone around dubbo pm if they want to go
is the ride still going mal 2.3 days is still good i am luky to do .5 of a day lately
i agree with TB but you can tame the ktm smoker down if it is to much for you at first with powervalve springs and screw etc
how cold is it there that time of year boony the swag sounds like the go to me as long as its not raining
be careful if you wash your bike with a pressure washer .hit my new numberplate with it the other day and blew half the numbers of there just stickers now days but the yellow is still painted on.just drew them back on with a black texter.
just pull all the junk of before you brake it and put it back on next year for your pink slip
i think that when on the road you should try and obay the rules cars are moving targets unlike trees thats why i ride a trail bike and just cut loose in the bush .i think chris is onto something in the post above
think i may have fixed it when i done the bolt up on the sprocket there was still a little slop in the sprocket so tuned the washer up that goes on the bolt and took the slop out of it does not seem to be leeking now .will wait and see when i do a bigger ride
may have to try your method Medogrocket but carefully taping the seal in has worked for me in the past?
i have cleaned the seals before to fix the problem have found the seals wear a gruve in the coller than it starts leaking so i just replace the lot then the one i just replaced was not that bad but .am on my third coller now old mate with his 200 must not do many klms.think theres something strange with my bike this time but ?Dont think i have ever replaced a front sprcket seal on a jap bike before
i will check the breather but the bike seems to be runing ok have actualy fitted two sets of seals thought i may have stuffed up the first time but got the same result the second time
thats a better one bollocks was that boony you went around and left behind
Quote:oh, and mate, your bike has more gears  …use that metal thing in front of your left toe to change up.
you will find the “white knight” yammy will have a new top speed
