i use endura magnesium rehydration flued in lemon and lime helps stop arm pump for me and don t seem to get as saw afterwords .but just drink a couple of scoops before a ride and than some afterwoods (it said on instructions only 4 scoops max a day)dont like puting it in my camal back as it makes it go fury to lazy to clean it out just tank water for me thanks in there .tasts okay to me but not drinking it all day :laugh: it definatly helps with cramps
