the ones i rode had power everywhere you could ride it like a 4stroke if you liked but did have a strong topend
did anyone watch rove last night spiderman was there to
don t want to sound like a trater but had a great day saterday the highlight for me was riding the test bikes and trying to ride the motocross track it was good this trip had been watered and groomed.also found the dbw people real freindly and there was some real good riders amongst them.seen one off them go up rubble hill on a two stroke in band with his feet on the pegs that looked real good
i got mine thanks
sounds like a top ride does not look like there is much dust thats a bonus.did you ride ironman thats hard work i reckon much more fun with a partner
the tm had 8 powervalve settings and two diferent ignition settings with a switch on the handlebars so it had 16 different combinations the main fault with the bike i found was it rode rough wether you could fix this with the clickers or not i don t no the 250 was smoother and not as scary as 300
i got plenty of time to think about it ollie but the extra gear on the gas gas has got me thinking love the 6th gear on my ktm and the TM seat is hard
i rode a 09 300 gas gas to Ollie it was a very nice bike and would prably be a better bike over a long day than the tm s .the gas gas seat was a lot better than the TMs .its just with my height the tm fitted like a glove and the gas gas was a bit cramped for me .i just prefered the tm250 think the tm300 had to much power for me.the gas gas 300 would be my 2nd choice out of those 3 bikes .

Quote:what mods could you do to a bike that already has all the best gear?put the best rider on it. that is where tms fall short. certainly true in my case
just test rode a couple of TMs a 250 and a 300 am thinking of getting a two stroke next would go the 250 over the 300.just wondering what the spare parts availability and pricing is like.as champo said they don t need many mods but have the hardest seat i have ever sat on on a moterbike
cool vidoe
sounds like a top ride was had also sounds like that bridgstone tyre of TBs must work in the mud are you happy with it

d”?Long story:
ther investigation found the mixture screw an additional 2 1/2+ turns out from where it should have been. Combine that with the excessive idling at home/ off the ute at sugarloaf prior to the ride, and weve got fouled plug city.
As a precaution I’ve also drained the Vicco BP premium fuel given it’s now 4+ months old…i had a similar problem with my 530 the mixter screw fell out when it was about 2 months old the bike did not stop but run a bit rough i just replaced it with a aftermarket one you could adjust with your fingers .cheaper and better than origenal one have not had a problem since have allso found that the bike is harder to start if i use bp98 fuel my last yamaha wr400 did not like that fuel ether

better handling and more poke than a drz. and magic button….$$$$$$$$$ was a big factor $8.4 for the DRZ 400E against $11.9 WR 250 r, like I said bang for buck up around this area
if you are happy with the bike you ride why change dr s go alright:woohoo: there a weapon
